Return Policy

 

Thank you for purchasing from Gholkar’s Inc. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS

Products may be returned 30 days from the order date, including products that are on sale. Customers MUST contact us first before returning items. The following are reasons a return may be accepted:

  • Product is faulty
  • Product is damaged/expired
  • Product does not match description or pictures
  • Received wrong item
  • Product is not genuine
  • Product is missing
  • Accessories/parts are missing

Any items returned to Gholkar’s after the 30-day return window will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable fee charged by the supplier. If you intend to return an item after the 30-day return window, you may contact us in order to get an estimate of these fees.

Products being returned should be in fully resalable condition i.e. unopened, unused, no dents or scratch marks, etc.

If products are returned due to the customer changing their mind or ordering the wrong product, the customer must cover the cost of sending the product back to us. The customer may choose their own shipping method when returning the product to us at their own expense.

All accessories should be included when returning a product. Once Gholkar’s receives the item, we will check if the accessories or parts are complete. If parts are incomplete or missing, we reserve the right to deduct the amount of the missing part from the total refund amount.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned product and inspect it. We will then notify you of the status of your refund. If your return has been approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. For credit card refunds, please check with your card issuer's policy regarding their timeline for receiving refunds.
